Upon arrival at the Blackberry market, Playbook and its new operating system from RIM may want to get most of your product. The machine of rumors has been initiated and, says from reliable sources, we have the first possible toy of the future: a Blackberry media player brand.

Although details are very few existing, said to have mobile software device (Texas Instruments’ OMAP platform like the Blackberry tablet) and use the operating system of the playbook, which has demonstrated quality in many aspects. In addition to media said that might be focused on the professional field, e.g. for the slide show or similar. We hope to be getting details that are more specific as time goes on, and as long as this rumor is true.

This device could serve both the professional audience – traditionally the target segment of Blackberry devices, but now things have changed a lot – and the domestic, though I do not think it will be a huge success. Sony Ericsson W8 is the first Walkman phone series that focuses on the Android operating system, an issue that brings value to multimedia mobile to a higher level, thanks to the ecosystem that comes to Google.

Motorola, this is their business networks and now back on the phone, plans to present at the upcoming CES in Las Vegas a device that sends content directly to our multimedia sources such mobile devices or tablet. All this without going through the box out, we understand that TV is so far master of multimedia shipments in the digital home.

This gadget that already has very definite would be what we now know as set-top-box but instead of being destined to bring content to the TV, would specialize in optimizing it so that we receive from the phone or the new tablets. The idea reminds us very much indeed SlingPlayer.

The device you think Motorola would not be exclusive, and they want that new functionality be integrated into digital receivers already sold them.
